Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment — we currently ship within Canada only.

What material are your tote bags made of?
Our totes are made from Q-Tees Q800 bags, crafted from 100% cotton canvas with reinforced handles for strength and everyday durability.
Each design is printed using inkjet artwork, transferred with Cricut® Printable Iron-On for Light Fabrics, and applied using an Auto Heat Press for a long-lasting finish.
Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! Visit our Custom Work page to learn more about design requests and custom printing.
When will stickers be available?

Do you offer custom printing for businesses or events?
Yes! We work with small brands, weddings, events, and personal projects.
Submit your order through our Custom Work page and we’ll take care of the rest.
How do I upload my artwork for a custom order?
After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a secure upload link.
Your name, email, and order number are auto-filled for convenience.
We accept JPG, PNG, PDF, and vector files.
Can I upload my artwork before placing an order?
Artwork is uploaded after checkout so we can match your design to your order.
You'll receive the upload link immediately once your order is placed.
What file types do you accept?
We accept JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, and SVG files.
If your artwork needs adjustments, we’re happy to help.
What if my artwork isn't print-ready?
No worries — we review every file.
If it needs sizing or quality improvements, we’ll let you know before printing.
How long does artwork approval take?
Most artwork is reviewed within 24 hours on business days.
You’ll receive a digital proof to approve before we begin printing.
What happens if I forget to upload my artwork?
We’ll send a reminder!
Your order will be paused until your artwork is submitted so nothing is printed incorrectly.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes — pickup is available by request at Blenz Coffee (Robson & Cardero) on weekdays from 5:00–8:00 PM.
We’ll message you after your order to coordinate.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! Delivery is available within a 15 km radius, including:
• Burnaby
• Kitsilano
• Downtown Vancouver
• Richmond
Delivery fees:
• FREE delivery on orders $50+
• $4 delivery fee for orders under $50
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — all orders $50+ qualify for free delivery within 15 km.
Do you ship outside your delivery area?
Yes. If you're outside the 15 km radius, shipping is calculated at checkout via Canada Post.
All shipped orders include tracking.
How long does shipping take?
Canada Post typically delivers within 2–7 business days within Canada.
How will I know when my order is ready?
You’ll receive an email or message when your order is ready for pickup, delivery, or shipment.
