If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Please include your order number and a photo of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
Custom Orders
Custom items are non-refundable once artwork is approved.
This includes custom tote bags, custom stickers, or any personalized design work.
If your custom item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before production begins. Once artwork is approved and printing has started, cancellations are not possible.
Final Sale Items
Any items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged on arrival.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
