Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Local Pickup (Downtown Vancouver)

Local pickup is available by request only at the following location:

Blenz Coffee (Robson & Cardero)
Weekdays between 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

After your order is placed, you will be contacted to confirm a pickup time.
Please note: Blenz Coffee is a meeting point only.

Local Delivery (Within 18 km of Vancouver)

Personal local delivery is available within a 18 km radius of our location, including:

Burnaby
Kitsilano
Downtown Vancouver
Richmond
Nearby locations within 18 km

Delivery fees:

Orders under $50: $3 delivery fee
Orders $50 and over: Free delivery

You will receive a message after checkout to arrange a delivery time.
Most local deliveries can be completed same day or next day, depending on availability.

Shipping (Outside Local Area & International)

For customers outside the local delivery area, shipping is calculated automatically at checkout using Shopify’s real-time carrier rates (Canada Post).

Shipping rates are based on destination and package size
All shipped orders include tracking
U.S. orders ship from Canada and typically arrive within 5–8 business days

Any applicable customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
