Welcome to Ekma Studio! The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Ekma Studio. Ekma Studio is powered by Shopify, which enables us to operate this store and process your transactions.

Please review your order carefully. We may not be able to modify or cancel orders after they are accepted—especially custom printing orders.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

You represent that your purchases are for personal use and not for resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES & BILLING

Prices may change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the price in effect at the time of purchase.

Unless noted otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping, and import or duty charges.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the full amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services—including text, images, branding, artwork, product designs, graphics, and layout—is owned by Ekma Studio or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Ekma Studio’s brand names, logos, designs, and product names are trademarks of Ekma Studio. Shopify’s trademarks belong to Shopify Inc.

Ekma Studio is powered by Shopify. While Shopify enables our platform, your purchase contract is solely with Ekma Studio.

Shopify is not responsible for issues arising from your purchases, and by using our Services, you release Shopify from such claims.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, some of your personal information is also processed by Shopify. Please review both policies to understand how your data is collected and used.

If you provide feedback, reviews, ideas, or suggestions (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, or distribute it.
